	Superb cut and trim on this early 1960s vintage dress. Navy blue and golden brown flowers set on blood red. Black velvet trim with lace. Bows at the collar and waist. Charming peplum tops a pleated full skirt poofed out nicely with a white crinoline. Sleeves come just below the elbow. Hidden metal zipper up the back. Union made by Petiteen in soft cotton.
